Senior Partners
Kevin Johnson and Susan Hayes formed Pharmacy Outcomes Specialists 11 years ago. Back in 1996, many employers and health plans really didn’t spend a lot of time thinking about pharmacy benefits. But Kevin and Susan were thinking about them – how to improve pharmacy benefits, lower costs and make members productive and healthy. Our goals haven’t changed in 11 years. We each remain 50% owners of the firm, maintaining independence to make business decisions that enhance our client’s goals and our work product.
We look back and think what a wonderful group of clients we have enjoyed working with – many of whom have become personal friends. Each project we take on, we want the work we do to assist our clients succeed in their own careers and personal goals, to be an asset to their organization, to be innovative and creative. That’s what makes it enjoyable and personally rewarding to come to work every day or get up and head to O’Hare.
Most importantly, the staff we had had over the years makes us proud as employers. We see so many of the people we work with develop and take on new and challenging roles. We always try to foster an environment where ideas are listened to and people are respected for their contributions.
Kevin and Susan each bring over 25 years experience in finance, health care and pharmacy benefits consulting. To review their bios, see below.
